要完成该操作,必须保证已加载数据和电极位置数据,同时还要对数据进行提取epoch,并对数据进行ICA处理,操作如下:

  1. 加载数据文件

  2. 加载位置文件

  3. 提取数据epoch

  4. 使用ICA分解数据

想要得到独立成分的ERP 对数据的ERP 的贡献,具体操作如下:

Plot > Component ERPs > with component maps

操作后弹出如下对话框:

点击OK就可以弹出如下界面:

上图中黑色包络线是各个时间点的所有channel 的最大值和最小值,彩线是各个独立成分的的ERP。如果只想要了解对200-500ms 数据ERP 贡献最大的独立成分。可在如下红色框中编辑为200 500.

点击OK即可。

同时在command line会返回如下运行结果:

Summed component 'ppaf' in interval [203.125 500] ms: 79.42%

Plot limits (sec, sec, uV, uV) [-1,1.99219,-16.3255,35.6778]
